Best and worst neighborhoods in Banning

Hey everyone, Poverty rate is 15.5%, which is higher than I expected. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Has anyone dealt with this?

We moved here with our family and I love the pace of life here. Schools in Springfield area are excellent. Kids love it here.
