Not sure if this has been asked before, but The unemployment rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. With a population of 30,680, Banning is a smaller city. Household incomes average around $57,699 in Banning. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Has anyone dealt with this? Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
