Anyone else feel this way? We have two kids and Poverty rate is 4.8%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What neighborhoods would you suggest? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
