Just moved here 8 months ago and The unemployment rate is 4.7%, which is about average. Poverty rate is 13.9%, which is around average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development.

We moved here with our family and it was the best decision I ever made. Schools in Old Town area are improving. Kids love it here.
