Is public transit usable in Bartlesville?

So, I've been here for 14 years and With a population of 37,559, Bartlesville is a smaller city. The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What would you do? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to.

We moved here with our family and I love the pace of life here. Schools in West area are hit or miss. Kids love it here.
