Curious what people think. Been living here since 2014. Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. Median household income is $130,479, which feels pretty solid for the area. Poverty rate is 1.5%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Anyone in a similar situation? Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
