What surprised you most about Bartlett?

Hey, I'm a 32-year-old police officer and Homes are going for about $350,500 on average. Rent is about $1,857/month for a decent place. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. Am I overthinking this?

Came here for a fresh start and stayed because it's been a really good experience overall. The outdoor recreation is honestly average and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
