Best coffee shops in Bartlett?

Hey everyone, I grew up here but left for a while. The median home value here is around $283,700, which seems about average. With a population of 56,998, Bartlett is a smaller city. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Would love some local perspective.

I've lived in Highland for about 15 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. When I first moved here from Salt Lake City, I was surprised by housing market. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The outdoor recreation scene is hit or miss

The downsides:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Far from beaches/mountains

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for singles. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

I've been living here for 10 years and I'd say I'm still on the fence after all this time. The weather is solid compared to other places I've lived. Overall Definitely worth checking out..
