Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm originally from Denver and You can expect to pay around $1,658 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $283,700, which seems about average. Crime rate is something to consider -Bartlett sits at 315.4 per 100K. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
