Cheapest neighborhoods in Bartlett?

OK so Median household income is $100,660, which feels pretty solid for the area. Homes are going for about $283,700 on average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Am I overthinking this?

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value nightlife, you'll love it. The traffic is genuinely tough and I've found it's exactly what I was looking for. My neighborhood (Oak Park) is wild and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Nashville, be prepared for the culture shock. healthcare is completely different here. And Chain restaurants dominate.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.

Public transit is challenging here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.
