Hey, Military spouse here. Crime rate is something to consider -Bartlett sits at 315.4 per 100K. Average temperature is around 61--F, so the weather is moderate. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Is this normal for Bartlett? Property taxes are high but you get good services.
