OK so I relocated for work and The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $283,700 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development.
