Cheapest neighborhoods in Bartolo comunidad?

Random thought, I'm a teacher here and The median home value here is around $99,900, which is actually reasonable. You can expect to pay around $550 for rent here. Median household income is $16,172, which feels on the lower side for the area. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Pros:
- Affordable cost of living
- Great weather
- Low crime in most areas
- Lots of new development
- Walkable downtown

Cons:
- Limited public transit
- Boring for young people
- Not enough green space

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 5 years ago from Phoenix and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in North. It's challenging for what you get.

Jobs: The market is manageable right now, especially in education. If you're in tech you might struggle.

People: Generally tough. It took about 11 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: better than expected. Tons of options if you like Asian.

No regrets on my end..
