Hi all, I'm a college student here and Rent is about $1,073/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 10.4%, which is around average. It's a a small town city with about 19,801 people. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
