I'm retired and Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $358,000 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. Any advice would be great. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
