Cost of living reality check -Batavia

First post here. I'm a 33-year-old pharmacist and The unemployment rate is 2.1%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 15,494 people. With a population of 15,494, Batavia is a small town. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Anyone in a similar situation? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I work in tech here and it's exactly what I was looking for. The job market for my field is hit or miss. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
