Hey everyone, Median household income is $51,699, which feels on the lower side for the area. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Does this match your experience?

I've been living here for 12 years and I'd say it was the best decision I ever made. The cost of living is pretty good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Would recommend to anyone considering it..
