Alright, I'm single, late 20s, and Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Rent is about $1,469/month for a decent place. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Thanks in advance! It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. The suburbs are where most families end up.
