Been meaning to ask this. We're a young couple and Household incomes average around $100,185 in Battle Ground. Homes are going for about $452,000 on average. Rent is about $1,469/month for a decent place. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Anyone in a similar situation? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
