Not sure if this has been asked before, but Just moved here 1 months ago and Homes are going for about $231,500 on average. Household incomes average around $69,432 in Battlement Mesa. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Has anyone dealt with this? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
