Pros and cons of Bay City after 2 years
Been meaning to ask this. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and With a population of 32,445, Bay City is a smaller city. The unemployment rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 32,445 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
Pros:
- Affordable cost of living
- Low crime in most areas
- Close to nature
- Lots of new development
Cons:
- Limited nightlife
- Boring for young people
- Far from major airports
