Hi all, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The median home value here is around $231,900, which is actually reasonable. Median household income is $70,082, which feels about average for the area. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Has anyone dealt with this? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
