Bayamón zona urbana is underrated, change my mind

Random thought, I'm originally from Salt Lake City and Homes are going for about $144,400 on average. The unemployment rate is 4.2%, which is about average. Median household income is $31,058, which feels on the lower side for the area. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Pros:
- Affordable cost of living
- Good job market
- Walkable downtown
- Plenty of shopping options

Cons:
- Traffic can be terrible
- Rising rent prices
- Not very walkable
- Poor road conditions
- Chain restaurants dominate
Thoughts? Cheers. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Tons of great Asian places. I'm still on the fence after all this time.

Used to live on the Lakewood side, now on the Meadowbrook side. Completely different vibe. it was the best decision I ever made.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I genuinely enjoy living here. No regrets on my end..

Bought a house here in 2015 and it's been a really good experience overall. Property values have gone about the same since then.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Public transit is average here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's exactly what I was looking for.
