Is Bayamón zona urbana good for remote workers?

Born and raised here. Poverty rate is 30.3%, which is higher than I expected. The unemployment rate is 4.2%, which is about average. Median household income is $31,058, which feels on the lower side for the area. Average temperature is around 79°F, so it's warm year-round. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. Would love some local perspective. Looking forward to hearing from you all. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
