Anyone else noticing rent going up fast in Bayamón zona urbana? Over the last year, I feel like prices went up at least 10-15%. I'm paying $676 for a 2BR which feels okay for the area.
Are there any neighborhoods that are still affordable? Thinking about moving to a cheaper area.

Downtown is overrated and overpriced. The suburbs offer way better value.

Rent tip: look for places in October-November. Prices drop and there's more availability.
