Longtime lurker here, Average temperature is around 70--F, so the weather is moderate. You can expect to pay around $1,207 for rent here. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Should I be concerned? Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
