Been meaning to ask this. I've been here for 17 years and The median home value here is around $195,900, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 70--F, so the weather is moderate. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
