Hey folks, Crime rate is something to consider -Bayou Vista sits at 124.6 per 100K. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I overthinking this? Thanks! I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
