Alright, My partner and I are Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Does this match your experience? Cheers.

Been meaning to ask this. My family moved here when I was a kid. You can expect to pay around $1,974 for rent here. Median household income is $143,571, which feels pretty solid for the area. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
