Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm retired and Median household income is $83,069, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a small town city with about 13,988 people. Homes are going for about $223,600 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Appreciate any input. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
