Working remotely from Beach Park

I'm a college student here and Poverty rate is 7.8%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. The median home value here is around $223,600, which is actually reasonable. With a population of 13,988, Beach Park is a small town. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. We moved here with our family and I genuinely enjoy living here. Schools in Pine Hills area are better than expected. Kids love it here.

Public transit is excellent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I'm still on the fence after all this time.
