Curious what people think. I'm a college student here and Crime rate is something to consider -Beachwood sits at 44.4 per 100K. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. Thoughts? The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
