What Beachwood does better than anywhere else

Hello, Born and raised here. The median home value here is around $307,500, which seems about average. The unemployment rate is 2.1%, which is pretty low. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Is this normal for Beachwood? Thanks in advance! People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Weather-wise, the summers are challenging and winters are reasonable. You get used to it after the first year.

I work in healthcare here and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The job market for my field is improving. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are solid, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
