Considering Beacon vs Houston -help me decide

Been meaning to ask this. Poverty rate is 5.2%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $93,347, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $1,675/month for a decent place. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I'm still on the fence after all this time. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
