How are the schools in Bear?

OK so We're a young couple and It's a a small town city with about 22,604 people. Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. Household incomes average around $88,985 in Bear. The unemployment rate is 5.0%, which is about average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Does this match your experience? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Moved here from Salt Lake City about 12 years ago. I love the pace of life here. Still getting used to walkability but No regrets on my end..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Compared to Miami it's solid.
