Alright, The median home value here is around $280,200, which seems about average. Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. The weather takes some getting used to. What are your go-to spots? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Moved here from Houston about 11 years ago. it was the best decision I ever made. Still getting used to outdoor recreation but It's not for everyone but it works for us..
