Top 5 things I love about Beardstown

Longtime lurker here, I relocated for work and Household incomes average around $58,765 in Beardstown. The median home value here is around $80,800, which is actually reasonable. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. Thoughts?

I'm a contractor and I've found the quality of life is solid. The community is underrated and there's always something going on.
