What Beatrice does better than anywhere else

Been meaning to ask this. I'm a 49-year-old lawyer and The median home value here is around $152,900, which is actually reasonable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What would you do? Any help is appreciated.

We moved here with our family and I love the pace of life here. Schools in Westside area are better than expected. Kids love it here.
