OK so Median household income is $136,364, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a small town city with about 2,198 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. Am I wrong here? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
