How are the schools in Beaver Lake?

OK so Median household income is $136,364, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a small town city with about 2,198 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. Am I wrong here? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a contractor who relocated here from LA about 4 years ago. The main reasons were cost of living and cost of living.

Pros I've experienced:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Active local events and festivals
- Strong sense of community

Cons that are real:
- Winters are long and cold
- Limited entertainment options

Financially, we've found it solid compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are developing, gas is improving.

Socially, it's improved dramatically in recent years. Happy to answer more specific questions..
