Co-working spaces in Beaverton?

So, I'm originally from Tucson and It's a a smaller city city with about 97,502 people. The median home value here is around $543,100, which is pretty steep. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 9 years ago from LA and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Downtown. It's average for what you get.

Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in construction. If you're in education you might struggle.

People: Generally improving. It took about 15 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: solid. Tons of options if you like sushi.

Definitely worth checking out..

Bought a house here in 2015 and I have mixed feelings honestly. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
