Just moved to Beaverton, any tips?

I'm single, late 40s, and Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Has anyone dealt with this? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's been a really good experience overall. Internet is average in most areas.
