Random thought, Poverty rate is 6.2%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $94,279, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Am I wrong here? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up.
