Hey everyone, I'm a remote worker and Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. Rent is about $1,727/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 6.2%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Beaverton sits at 216.7 per 100K. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Thoughts? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to.
