Been meaning to ask this. We have two kids and With a population of 97,502, Beaverton is a smaller city. The median home value here is around $543,100, which is pretty steep. Crime rate is something to consider -Beaverton sits at 216.7 per 100K. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
