Been a Beaverton resident for 12 years. Here's my honest take:
Pros:
- Great weather year-round
- Lots of outdoor activities
- Family-friendly
Cons:
- Some areas are rundown
- Job market is niche
Overall I'd rate it 7/10. It's not perfect but there are worse places to be.
