Hey everyone, Just moved here 13 months ago and You can expect to pay around $977 for rent here. Homes are going for about $137,500 on average. With a population of 10,876, Bedford Heights is a small town. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
