Hello, Been living here since 2018. With a population of 12,960, Bedford is a small town. It's a a small town city with about 12,960 people. Homes are going for about $124,900 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. Thanks in advance! Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
