Not sure if this has been asked before, but Been living here since 2013. Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. Poverty rate is 6.5%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $81,393, which feels pretty solid for the area. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. Worth the trade-offs? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
