OK so Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. Crime rate is something to consider -Bedford sits at 291.3 per 100K. Poverty rate is 6.5%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
