Hello, I'm single, late 20s, and Rent is about $1,429/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $322,300 on average. Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Thoughts? Property taxes are high but you get good services.
